    In my 20s
My 20s are an important time because the choices I make will affect my future. I need to maintain healthy eating through fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. I should focus on folic acid supplements. I need to get 30 minutes of high energy exercise daily. In order to prevent issues, I should be getting enough sleep, avoiding harmful substances, protecting my skin, and visiting my doctor. I have to be sure to center my sexual, mental, and emotional health.

    In my 30s
In my 30s, I need to focus on maintaining health balance, mind, body, and spirit. I still need to maintain my healthy diet from my 20s (vegetables, fruit, whole grains, lean protein) and be focused on getting my essential vitamins. I only need to exercise for 30-60 minutes on most days. I attempt to prevent breast cancer and osteoporosis by doing lots of strength training. I should also start focusing more on BMI, BP, cholesterol, and back care. It is still important for me to visit my doctor.

I need to exercise regularly with 30-60 minutes most days. Preventative care can be done by sleeping and avoiding harmful substances. I need to start considering family health history to be on the look out for issues in me. I need to visit my doctor and start/continue testing for BP, cholesterol, BMI, glucose, cancers, and urinary incontinence.

I need to maintain my healthy diet from my 40s (vegetables, fruit, whole grains, lean protein) and be focused on getting my essential vitamins. I need to exercise regularly with 30-60 minutes most days but it doesn't need to be intense as I will be older. I need to start taking preventative actions again decreasing brain function by challenging it often. I will also be dealing with menopause, hair loss, and weight gain, and I need to be sure to see my doctor more often that I did in the past.

I need to maintain my healthy diet from my 50s (vegetables, fruit, whole grains, lean protein) and be focused on getting my essential vitamins. I need to exercise less than 30 minutes a days, and it doesn't need to be as intense. I need to pay attention to diseases such as arthritis, diabetes, osteoporosis and cancer. I can take preventative action by knowing warning signs, going to the doctor very often, testing for hepatitis and other diseases. I should also get pelvic exams and pap tests.
