    My 20s
    My 20s are the time when I will find a partner, get married, and enjoy life to the fullest. While the fun is there, I also have to care for my health. As far as eating habits go, I will continue my usual diet which includes fruits and vegetables, whole grains, protein, and dairy products, carbs, iron, calcium, and Vitamin A and D. Moreover, eating healthy keeps diabetes, heart disease, and other diseases far away.

    My 30s
    By my 30s, I would’ve chosen a certain career and life path in which I will be hard-working and committed to. Maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle is very important as I will be very involved at both work and home. Again, to avoid chronic diseases in my 40s and 50s, I will maintain a healthy diet which includes fruits and vegetables, whole grains, protein, dairy products, additional vitamin supplements, and omega - 3.

    My 40s
    The good old 40s come about and it’s the big transition time from being a youth to an adult. This is the time where diet really matters as it will help with the chronic back pains, stress, and other symptoms. So, eating a healthy balanced diet like you were supposed to in your 30s would greatly help.Moreover, exercise is crucial at this stage as this can determine whether you get a certain disease or not.     My 50s
    By my 50s, I can’t dispute the fact that I am getting old. This automatically means - take care of your health. Even if I haven’t in the past, I can still do it now. Healthy eating habits is important with all parts of a balanced diet included. The key to the diet at this age is reducing the salt in my food. At this age dancing as often as I want is going to be difficult. Instead, I would take up walking with family every evening.

    My 60s
    The golden years of attaining 60 years of age and the point of retirement brings me and my family utmost happiness. With this though comes the responsibility for my children and I to take care of my health. Eating habits should remain healthy just like in all the years past.
