    I will be in my 20s and I will have a healthy diet, I won't smoke and I will get enough sleep for my body. I will exersice reguraly and maintain a healthy weight. I will protect my skin and eyes at all costs, and vist my doctor every 2 years for a check up.

    I will be in my 30s I will eat many fruits, vegetables, and low or non fat foods, along with many vitams and minerals.
    I will exercise 30-60 minutes most of the week. I will do my best of reducing my stress, and getting a good 6-8 hours of sleep. I will not smoke and will monitor my blood pressure.

    In my 40's I will eat a good healthy diet, get a good 6-9 hours of sleep, and will exercise regulary. I will not smoke or drink and I will get a check-up every 2-3 years. I will aslo have a diabetes screening every 5 years.

    In my 50's I will get good nutrients, cut back off on the salt, and eat a couple of vitimas and minerals each day. I will exercise 30-60 minutes most days of the week and get check -ups every 2 years.

    In my 60's I will maintain a health weight by exercising 30 mintutes most days of the week. Get a good healthy diet and I won't smoke or drink. I most of all I will protect my heart.
