    I need to focus on building bone to prevent osteoporosis later in life by hiking and getting lots of physical exercise. Locate a primary care provider I can be honest with and build a good relationship with. Have check ups once every 2 years and take part in preventative screening (such as blood pressure screening). I need to take specific measures to prevent accidental injuries.

    Take care of sexual health by practicing safe sex. Take care of my mental health by reducing stress. Take care of my emotional health by building strong relationships and leading a balanced life.

    Maintaining a healthy balance by taking good care of my body and mind is becoming more and more important as I age. By making good lifestyle choices now, I can help reduce my risk for chronic health problems and improve our chances for a long, healthy life.

    Get regular exercise, at least 30 to 60 minutes most days of the week. Monitor body mass index (BMI), blood pressure and cholesterol levels and keep them within a healthy range. Follow all safety regulations and make sure to get enough sleep. Maintaining a healthy weight is important at this time too.

    I must be sure to take care of my mental and emotional health and deal with stress, and take good care of my skin. I need to start to build muscle, because this is when my muscle will start turning more to fat.

    It's an important decade for preventing health problems such as
    diabetes, heart disease and many types of cancer later in life. I need to make sure to eat right, exercise regularly, get enough sleep, drink alcohol only in moderation, and wearing my seat belt.

    I need to watch out for chronic pain, like arthritis and tendonitis. I also need to monitor my blood pressure, cholesterol, triglycerides and homocysteine levels, and resting heart rate. I must be aware of my risk of contracting type 2 diabetes, and continue monitoring my BMI.

    I expect to begin to experience some form of changes in vision and hearing loss. I will continue to make sure I am using sunscreen and protecting my skin properly.

    At this point in time my parents's health may be failing, and my children will be entering the adult world. It's important to important to take care of my physical, mental, and emotional health, and be in contact with my doctor if I notice any changes.

    It is very important that I stay active both physically and mentally and get at least 30 to 60 minutes of exercise a day. It's also good to challenge my mind and start some hobbies. Also, I need to drink in great moderation, and get good nights of sleep and reduce the amount of stress in my life.

    The risk of getting cancer, heart disease, depression, anxiety, and skin problems are much greater. This is also when I will go through menopause, which may cause hot flashes, weight gain, increased risk of heart disease, and other problems. I need to be going to a check up at least once every 2 years.

    I will enjoy retirement, but also be weary of diseases that are more common for people my age

    I need to protect my heart, maintain a healthy weight, and get at least 30 minutes of exercise most days during the week.

    I need to contact my doctor if I see changes in my cognitive function or mental health, especially if I am experiencing memory loss or confusion or am unable to take care of myself.
