    My health tips for myself would be to have alcohol in moderation, healthy diet and no smoking. My health routine would be to get active and exercise regularly, get involved in the community and to get yearly physicals to prevent diseases later on in my life. See a dermatologist annually for any skin health concerns.The topics of my concern for my 20s are obesity, unprotected intercourse, recreational drug use, and nutritional mistakes.My focus for healthy eating will be limiting fast food intake

    My 30s

    The health tips for my 30s is to get enough sleep, prevent injuries, and to not smoke tobacco products. My health routine will be to go on a run so I have good cardio and only do three compound lifts.The health concerns for my 30s would be not having a doctor, not being able to get enough sleep. Lack of sleep can lead me to being stressed out, and my muscles getting replaced by fat.

    My health tips would be to contact my health provider, find out more about my family health history and try to lose weight. My routine will be to get screenings such as blood pressure and skin screenings. Eye sight and hearing begins to deteriorate in my 40s. My concerns will be the possibility of hearing loss because I have people repeat themselves more than 2 times pretty consistently.

    My health tips would be for me to take care of my physical and mental health, pay attention to a good nutrition, lay off the fatty foods and put in about an hour of working out or any physical activity 4-5 times per week. My health routine will be to go get hearing tests, general physical exam, skin and dental exams.The health concerns I have when I'm in my 50s is losing my hearing, my hair and heart disease.

    My health tips will be the same as my 50s but instead I'll check to insure I'm at a healthy weight and most of all protect my heart. My health routine would be the same routine that I did in my 50s which consists of 60 minutes of exercise or physical activity 4-5 times per week. My concerns will be experiencing warning signs of a stroke, heart attack and the potential for cognitive deterioration.
