  • 4.4 Childhood Attachment Experiences

    I think the effect of my parent's seperation have been impacted on me when I was 7. I have seen a lot of things happened betweeen my parents. I went to school crying and my teachers helped me get through the problems I had at home which I started to feeling secured to express to one person that I can be so comfortable to talk with.
  • 7.2-attending to a residential school

    I left home to enter my high school life at Model Secondary School for the Deaf for the first time that I actually left home. It was where I learn about different things which I have not learn from I was taught before. I learned how to be self-chosen for my own action and develop morals. From there, I become independent ever since.
  • 7.3 Major Life Event

    This date was when my high school graduation which was a stressful event of my life because graduating from high school was a step for me to face the real life experience. Before graduation date, I had to make sure that I am passing my classes, make plans after graduation such as going to college or straight to work. I coped with my stress very well through social coping. My friends were the key that I go for help and get the suports I need from them to keep me going to achieve my senior year.
  • 4.1 Young Adult Transition

    No, I did not expect to experience at a typical age such as having my life to be stable because I was still in school and soon graduating from college. At this age, I was exploring what I want to do in life, and my sexual preference, but at the same time at the time enjoying my life. The challenge part was becoming alonely in this transition. I coped with it by being around with friends and my family n my social network map.
  • Timeline 1.1, The Beginning

    This date is when I actually realized when I am an adult and passed the legal age of being 21. This is occurred to be my birthday date. Annually, I always have my birthday celebration in a good. However, this date is acutally special to me because it was when I became 22. When I become 22, I automatically think of my cousin who passed away when she was only 22. Everybody in my family have been always talking about her and how important she was in our family.
  • 2.1 Oxidative Damage

    At 20s, I drink one cup of green tea everyday which they contain antioxidants which it helps to prevent free radicals. I also eat berries almost everyday since it mentioned that we would need to eat 2-3 seriving of fruits and vegetables. During the summertime, I use sunscreen lotion to prevent from radical damages due to UV or UVB which it is dangerous for us. Sun also contains raditions which we need to be careful with our healths.
  • 2.3 My current health lifestyle

    I know that college students are at risk for sedentary lifestyle because some of us are physically inactive. I would say that my current healthy lifestyle is good. I do eat vegetables and fruits each day but sometime it is hard to keep up with the ideal of serving. I rarely eat junk food and it depends on my mood. I will be returning to be on the track team which I will get my more than 150 mins physical activity a week.
  • 4.3 Adult Attachment Style

    Secure attachment is definitely suit me the most in a romantic relationship. I have found one person that I want to be with for lifetime even though it was recently and I am young. This person actually helped me to express my feelings and my thoughts. Before I met this person, I was not a kind of person to talk about my feelings. This type of feeling with this person did not happen to me before with other people. I did not have any fearful or doubtful to be around with this person.

    This stage definitely fits me as I am right now, I was raised to practice religion but I have my own faith. I believe that God have a great plan for me and I know that God want me to live my life to fullest by facing all the good and challenging times in lifetime. I do not need to participate in any forms of religions that was formed by men and I have my own right to decide to do with my faith.

    My RIASEC type is SAI(Social, Artistic, and Investigative), I am fitting as people helpers, idea creators, and abstract problem solvers. I think my personality traits that corresponds to the SAI type are perfectly fit because I love to help people, creating ideas, and like to solve problems. The jobs that fits me are teacher, any type of counselors, and fitness trainer. My RIASEC type is definltely apply to the career that I want to pursue in my future career as a sport & exercise psychologist.
  • 6.2 Super Stages

    My job is now in "Establishment". I am working at Gallaudet University as a sport consultant for almost two years now. I am really enjoying with athletes and to help them to be successful throughout their acedemics and sports. The job is still new because the job was created two years old. During my first year, it was tough, not many athletes does not know about my job, so I had to input thier knowledges about what I do with the athletes. After that, it became successful and stable.
  • 4.2 Older Adult Transition

    I work as a sport psychologist, taking care of my two children with my liftetime partner. The life here is awesome because my parnther and I balanced the lifestyle pretty well, we communicate, trust, and love each other especially with the kids in our lives. We have our ups and downs which it is normal. The challenge part when it comes disagreements when it comes to our kids. We coped with it by compromising whether we like it or not. We stay in touch with the families to keep families closer.

    Karlee's nana's initmacy relationship with her grandfather is something I would like to do after having children and grandchildren wiht my lifetime partner. Since, she mentioned that marriage was a rewarding experience for her. I can seeing myself sharing with someone in lifetime facing different challenges and rewards.

    I can see that Celize Daze's stepdad show conscientious, he knows what he wants to do with his life after his retirement. He has achieved working at IRS for 41 years, and finally have the times to do his things around the house. Now, I would like to achieve something for a long time until I am satisfied with my career then do whatever at the beginning of my retirement.
  • 2.4-Potential consequences of my lifestyle

    I noticed most common factors if we hit that age is the sedentary lifestyle which it can lead to obesity, cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes, and Alzheimer's. I do not think my current health lifestyle will present a risk for all of those health conditions when I become 50. My job will be mostly working in the fitness world, so I think it will reduce the sedentary lifestyle. I will be more inolved in working out, eating right, and go doctors annaully to make sure that my health is okay.
  • 3.2 Nondeclarative memory

    I grew up loving to dance onstage, or go to the club dancing. Dance is definitely my thing to do when I want to relieve the stress and to feel good about myself. I had a good semantic and episodic memory of knowing the dance motions. Now, I am 65, had an amnesia which cause me to forgot some dance motions which I love so much.
  • 3.1 Decision Making

    Before I became 65 years old, I tend to make decision on my own and think what are the best for me. Right now, my health condition begun to decline due to a medication which I lose my decision making for myself. So, I had to ask my daughters/sons to make decisons to know what is the best for me to successs throughout the condition I have.
  • 2.2 Genetic Limits

    At the age of 65, my telomere length was short because the cells stop dividing. If I want to maintain my telomere length, I will ask doctors to give me an inject of human embryo cells to follow the Hayflick limit, so I can live longer unitl I am satisfied with my life or wait until all my grandchilren graduate from colleges/universites.

    LeAnha's life was filled with love and blessing by family, friends, and education career. She lived her dream to graduated with master's degree in sports psychology. She have carry the high spirit with smiles and big heart with the world. She enjoyed traveling, cooking, and always loved to put smiles on people. She survived by her partner, family, and many that remained close to her.
