  • Caleb's Birth-Personal

    Caleb was born on April 22, 1997. He is my younger brother. We are 20 months apart. Caleb is my only sibling. He has been my best friend since the day he was born. He has been by my side over the years and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. I will always cherish having a brother to share life with.
  • Cheerleader-Personal

    I became a cheerleader at a very young age. Cheerleading has been a huge part of my life. I have met many friends and learned many life lessons throughout the years. I cheered every year from 1999 to 2014. I began cheering for flag football and then I cheered competitively. I also cheered every year in school from elementary school to high school. I cheered my freshman year of college. After freshman year, I decided to stop cheering and focus on school.

    My first day of Kindergarten was the very beginning of my professional career. This event started my public education career. This event is the basic foundation of where I am today. I have been in school every year since this day. This event impacted my teaching career because Kindergarten allowed me to love school. My experience made me want to become a teacher.
  • My Salvation-Personal

    I was saved when I was a young girl. I was saved on a Thursday night at my parent's house. This event changed my life forever. It is the most important event on this timeline. This day began my relationship with God. He is the rock of my life. This decision was the best decision of my life.
  • Accepted to Carson-Newman-Professional

    Being accepted to Carson-Newman is an important event in my life because this began my education after high school. This event represented the beginning of a new chapter for my professional career. This was the first step to graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. This event has greatly impacted my life and my future as a teacher.
  • High School Graduation-Professional

    My high school graduation is an important event in my life because it marks the end of a chapter. It is an accomplishment to have completed grades K-12. This day was a celebration of accomplishments. This event was important to my teaching career because a high school diploma is essential to becoming a teacher. It allowed me to be an eligible candidate to attend college.
  • Young life Leader-Personal

    This is the day that I officially became a Younglife leader. I was involved in Younglife as a high school student and became a leader in college. This event is important to my life because being a leader has changed my life in many ways. It allows me to strengthen my walk with Christ and walk with my high school girls as they do the same.
  • First Date with Dustin-Personal

    This day was the very first time I met Dustin. Dustin is my boyfriend. He has changed my life for the better. He is a human example of God's love. Dustin is my best friend and the person who I will spend the rest of my life with.
  • Accepted into Education Program at Carson-Newman-Professional

    Being accepted into the Education Program at Carson-Newman was one of the first official steps of becoming a teacher. I have been called to be a teacher. I desire to obtain a Bachelor's degree from Carson-Newman and then begin teaching. This event was a critical step in reaching those goals.
  • Started Senior Block Classes-Professional

    Senior Block classes are the most recent milestones that I have reached professionally. These classes are designed to prepare me for student teaching next semester. The classes are essential to my professional career as I prepare to become a teacher.
