    The Mongol Empire was located in the steppes of the eastern part of Central Asia, were ruled by Chinggis Khan (Ghengis Kahn). He tolorated all types of religions in his empire. He promoted trade troughout the vast Mongol Empire and ordered the creation of a written script for the Mongol language.

    The Ming Empire is located in china and expanded in Korea, Burma, and Vietnam. This empire was led by a chinse monk. Catholic missionaries followed merchents to China to try to convert the chinese to Chirstianty. Ming China became active in a pattern of global trade, they exported slik and porcelain to Europue and imported silver as well as new foods such as corn and sweet potatoes.

    The Ottoman Empire is located in between Asia and Europue which is present day Turkey. The Ottoman Empire was ruled by Suleman the Magnificent. Otttoman religion is called Sunni Islam. The Ottoman empire had written art such as poetry and prose, and Ottoman architecture was influnced by Persian, Byzantine Greek and Islamic architecture.

    The Song Empire is located in China. The Song Empire began with Emperor Taizu of Song who founded it. Religion includes Buddhism and Taoism. The eairlest currency made from paper came from this Empire which later promoted the realse of food. The magnentic compass and typography were produced durning this time period.
  • Tang Empire

    The Tang Empire is located in china and and expands into parts of Korea, Manchuria, and parts of Central Asia. is led by Empress Wu Zetian. The religions are buddhism, taoism, christianty, and islam. They made great advances in architecture, sculpture, painting and porcelain.
