This was the first day of high school for me. My Mom of course was really excited for me. She kept reassuring me that everything will be fine and that it would be fun.

    Freshman year

Through out my Freshman year in school my mom was constantly on me about my grades and keeping them up. Every report card she would talk with me about any grades that weren't so good and would help me develope a plan to repair the damage. One thing she would always remind me off was that if I didnt maintain good grades I might get kicked out the Aviation Academy.
  • Sophomore year begins

Once again the end of summer had come and it was time to start school. It was so bad this time because it was my second year but as always my mom was there urging me to do my best and have a good day.

    Sophomore year

Over the course of this year my mom came down even harder on me about my grades, always telling that this year was one of the important years because colleges would see my performance for this year. My mom continued to help me with plans to fix my bad grades and would be there to help me with homoework and projects if i needed it.
  • Junior year begins

As yet another year is about to begin in my high school career I am still feeling nervous. My junior year, I knew, would be the most important and, thanks to my classes, the hardest year of high school for me. My mom was still right there wishing me luck and saying that it wont be as bad as I think it will.

    Junior year

During this year I ran into many problems. My biggest hardship was my AP Calculus class. I would struggle all the time in that class but no matter what my mom would be there telling to study more and keep trying. With the annoying persistance of my mom I was able to pass the class, although the AP exam didnt go as well as it should have.
  • Senior year begins

As the sttart of my last year of high school approached I was actually glad to come back and see all my friends. I was also excited that I would be graduating and would be done with high scholl after 4 long years. My mom on the otherhand was warning me not to slack off because colleges would see it and might not except me.

    Senior year

This year has been the most rewarding/draining of all my years in high school. I have spent many hours filling out college applications, taking SAT tests, and searching for scholarships. Thankfully my school work was light so that I could afford use my time for college preparation. When I would begin to slack off though, my mom was quick to kick me in the butt to get going again, Infact she is still doing it. I still have plenty to do during the rest of this year and the end is approaching fast.
