    My attachment to my parents as am infant was a mixture of securely attached and insecurely attached. This being because I was very close to my mom and found security in her, but not as much in my dad.

    My first word was tractor. My mom has told me that we would pass a house with a tractor every morning, and apparently I found it interesting enough to make it my first word

    To help me increase my vocabulary my mom would read books to me every night. I can remember being able to read at a young age all by myself because of this. The first book I remember being able to read was "The Princess and the Pea"

    As an infant, I obviously did not have much stress, but anything to distract me always helped. When I was sad or upset, my mom would read me a book or let me watch tv to distract me from what what stressing me out

    As an infant, my temperament was similar to high surgency and effortful control because I loved to explore the environment.

    Slang words that were used in my family were "beebop" and "tagger". My name is Bailey and my older sister is Taylor and these were the nicknames our parents gave us. They are very random and only my family and close friends knew what they meant. My mom was say, "Beebop, come eat" or "tagger, your favorite show's on."

    To discuss emotions, my mom would talk to me when I calmed down after being upset and would assess how I was feeling. She would make me feel better by telling me that everything would be ok and that tomorrow is a new day

    As a child, I love playing with my stuffed animals and this helped me release stress. It allowed me to forget about my worries and just have fun

    As a young child, I become more attached to both of my parents which allowed me to have more slightly more confidence at age 4 and 5 then I did around age 2 and 3.

    All throughout elementary school I played soccer. Playing the sport really helped release stress from family or school related issues

    Around age 11 My grandfather passes away which my very difficult for my family and I. I dealt with this by turning to my faith and my close friends for comfort

    Similar to soccer, in middle school I was on dance team. By dancing and having fun with my friends at football and basketball games, I was able to release stress and forget about my worries

    In middle school, I was pretty secure in my emotions which helped my developmental throughout the somewhat tough times in puberty. Because of dance team, I had a good amount of friends which allowed me to be social and happy.

    As an adolescent, I got about 6 hours of sleep every night

    My current identity status is identity foreclosure because I have made my mind up about what I what to do in my life and I am not exploring other options

    Currently my favorite way to release stress is by listening to music. I love loud music since it helps me drown out my stress and focus on happiness. When I am really stressed I will lay in my bed, put my headphones on, and listen to music for a long time.

    My results from the Big 5 Personality Test are somewhat accurate since my temperament has remained thew same but I don't explore my environment as much as I used to
