    First started with series of conflicts between the two empires. Eventually started a war between the two empires and the Balkan Peninsula was captured by the Byzantines. There was even more struggles in Eastern Bulgaria which led on to more war/conflict. The wars led on until 1018 when the Byzantines finally made the Bulgarian Empire fall.

    The capture of the capital of the Byzantine Empire by an invading army from the Ottoman Empire. This started a 53 day siege and eventually ended in the fall of the Roman Empire. This was the main reason why Constantinople and Roman began to fall.
