Birth
Physical: It is important because I no longer rely on my mother for for oxygen and food to be sent through the umbilical chord, I had to use my own muscles and lungs. -
First Memory
Cognitive: Crawling towards my dog, hearding to the kitchen and my dad picking me up. the importance is that I now had the mental capacity to recall information. -
Moved to Ontario
Social: having to adjust to a new setting at 2 years old. Gone from small town bungalow area, to big apartment building in Brampton. -
Birth of my Brother
Social: now I had to adjust to having a brother. someone always around me constantly, learn to share, be a role model, help him learn some stuff. -
First day of school (grade 1)
Social: I finally leave the house and spend hours on end amongst my peers. Having to develop relationships with students and my teaacher. -
First Guitar
Cognitive:I get my Aunt's old Cortez acoustic guitar. I start my journey of music. I gain a whole new skill set and knowledge about guitars and music in general.

Taekwondo Tournements
Physical: This was the point in my life where I spend 4 days a week in the gym preparing for tournements. I would train physically, diet, and mentally prepare. -
Close family freind passes away
Emotional: having to learn to deal with emotions that come with the passing of a close friend. I dealt with it by not speaking for two days. there are better ways to go about this.

First show
Right Side Up- live at the cave
Emotional: Played my first show at the Cave, used my les paul for a 7 song set with only two hours of practice... still nailed it. I experienced a whole new set of emotions, being that I had to deal with a rush of adrenaline, and anxiety of being on
stage.

First job
Social: I now have learn the skill set of being a "people person". Adjust to working with others for the benefit of other people in order to keep a good reputaion for the company.

Earned G2
Social: I finally earn my g2 and can drive by myself. I have a whole new responsibility to be a safe driver. as well as take on another role as potential chaperone.
