Healthy Living for a Lifetime

    My 20's.

    During this time I will try to stay active, possibly by playing Ultimate, eat healthy, and get plenty of sleep. I will visit my doctor regularly as needed and try to limit the amount that I drink. I will continue to protect my skin and body, and I will work to maintain my friendships and get a job that I am content with and that can sustain me and possibly a family.

    My 30's

    During this time I will continue to eat healthy and keep up an active lifestyle. I will probably be well situated in my job, but I will try not to get too wrapped up in it, and instead find time to spend with my friends and my (most likely) family. I will limit my intake of sodium and watch my drinking. I will also try not to strain my back and will try to build muscle.

    My 40's

    I will continue to eat healthy and stay active, but I will stay aware of the possible pains and discomforts that may occur during this time. I will visit my doctor the recommended number of times, and I will try not to let work bog me down and spend time with my family and friends.

    My 50's

    I will continue my active and healthy lifestyle, but will do less strenuous activities to keep up my health, such as jogging, as opposed to Ultimate. I will also watch out for the various health problems that occur during this time and will make sure to visit my doctor regularly.

    My 60's

    I will keep up my active and healthy lifestyle and most likely plan to retire and retire. I will try to stay in contact with my friends and family, and I will keep on the watch for any disease warning signs.
