    • I will continue to eat a vegetarian diet
      • most of my diet will comprise of mostly veggies and proteins like nuts, eggs, and milk.
    • I will run an average of 3 miles a week, and continue to dance everyday.
    • I will take vitamin supplements to stay healthy
    • I will go to the doctor for regular check ups
    • my goal will be to keep up the same physical activity and healthy habits I had in high school.

    This is a list of goals and healthy habits as a grow older
  • My 30s

    My 30s
    • I will continue to eat a vegetarian diet, but add in more proteins and vitamins.
    • I will cut back my running to 2 miles a week, and start doing exercises that aren't so hard on my joints
    • I will do yoga 5 times a week. Yoga helps relieve stress, which will help me maintain good mental health.
    • I will see the doctor more regularly, ad check for things like skin and breast cancer
    • I will continue to take supplements
  • My 40s

    My 40s
    • I will continue to be a vegetarian, eating lots of greens and beans.
    • I will walk a mile each week.
    • I will continue to do yoga, cutting back to 3 times a week
    • I will start swimming laps, about once a week
    • I will read lots of books and continue to learn everyday, in order to insure a healthy mind.
    • I plan on continuing regular health check ups at the doctors
    • My goal will be to continuing to stay very active even though my body might be aging.
  • My 50s

    My 50s
    • I will continue my vegetarian diet, mainly focusing on proteins and fibers.
    • I will continue to walk 1 mile a week
    • I will do yoga 3 times a week, and swimming once a week.
    • I will do more check ups and cancer screenings.
    • The number of vitamins and supplements may increase depending on my diet and doctors orders.
    • My goal will be to keep my body as healthy as my mind is
  • My 60s

    My 60s
    • I will continue to eat a vegetarian diet, mainly focusing on fiber.
    • I will walk 1 mile a week
    • I will go to yoga once or twice a week
    • I will try to continue to swim
    • The amount of check ups will increase
    • I will continue to be an avid reader to keep up my mental health
    • I'm sure my vitamin and supplement intake will increase
    • my goal is to be physically active once a day, even if it is just for 5 minutes.
