When I am in my 20s I am going to be focusing on my mental health as well as physical, I am going to make sure I do things i enjoy and go to the gym four or five times a week to stay healthy

During my 30s I expect i would be close to settling down with a nice family. In this time I am going to be focusing on more preventative healthcare and personal health to stay there for my family for years to come. Also during this time I will keep up with my physcial health routine

As I am getting older I will be able to do and understand more preventative measures that I can take for certain illnesses and start determining what I feel I should do. Again as my kids are growing up I will begin to focus heavily on my mental health and my interest in my physical health will probably decline.

Getting into the AARP ages I am going to be a lot more careful about what I eat because I will be exercising less and many issues could start arising such as high blood pressure. So I will take tests for those sorts of things and listen to my doctor about what to eat and other preventive measures.

To be honest i don't know how much I will care at this age. I will probably keep listening to my doctor's advice and probably start focusing on my mental health ans stability with death getting closer. I also feel like though that I would be the 60 year old that if she wants to eat a cookie she will definitely be getting that cookie and fast.
