Health Goals For My Future

    My health in my 20's

    Since I will be at college it must be essential for me to make the best out of my day time in order to have a good night sleep. Having at least 8 hours asleep will be key in order to prevent from being grumpy, physically tired. Additionally, since my sex life just begin I should begin to get checked up for STDs and talking to my partner about it. Build strong relationships, and learn to become independent even if it means going out my way to ask people for advice, and having a yearly checkup.

    My health in my 30's

    When I am in my 30's my main focus should be getting regular exercise, and having a healthy diet since my metabolism will slow down drastically. Regulating my diet will be key since loosing weight will be a challenge with a slower metabolism. Additionally as an independent adult, and husband getting enough rest is important to have the energy to provide for my wife and kids. Avoid smoking, and alcohol or any drug because that will cause problems in my future or shorten my life.

    My health in my 40's

    In my 40's it may be possible to have chronic pain, high blood pressure, cholesterol, and sexual reproduction health problems. Having a yearly checkup or even twice a year will be necessary because is when my body begins to lose vision, hearing and having skin problems due to damage done in the last 40 years.

    My health in my 50's

    For my 50's it be most importantly to be mentally and spiritually ready to understand that my parent's health is beginning to fail, and that my children are growing up. So having a good relationship with my wife is essential to not feel depression when times are hard or there is lots of stress. Understanding my body can't do what it was able to do before and that I must pay more attention to my health. Accepting the fact that am ageing when hair begins to fall of or skin becomes wrinkly.

    My health in my 60's

    If anything in my 60's I should avoid smoking and alcohol because at that age my body itself could be experiencing health problems such as heart disease, physical and mental. However, making sure to accept I had a good life regardless spiritually and mentally in order to stay active and social. Continue to work out even if its not an intense work out, but to maintain a healthy body and manage my weight as well. These years it will be most essential to eat healthy meals my body can process.
