Health Decisions and Their Outcome

  • My Second Decision - Outcome

The outcome of my second decision was negative. I had sprained my ankle and boot in a boot 4 months later. I had to step back and learn from my decision which is what most good decision makers do (Pg. 11). So after I foot my boot off I decided to get physical therapy.
  • The Injury

I had broken my fibula doing track and that was the first time I ever had to make big decisions about my health.
  • My First Decision

The day after I broke my fibula was my first decision. The decision if I should go to school or not. I had already gotten ready but my dad recommended me to stay home. After thinking for a long time, I decided to stay home. I needed my rest and to get used to my crutches. Next I evaluated my decision because this could give me insight to what would come next (Pg. 10).

The Outcome of my finest decision during my injury was positive. I stayed home and got the rest I need to return to school the day after. Some make the wrong decision at first and have to re-evaluate and try again (Pg. 11).
  • My Second Decision

The second decision I had to make for my injury happened after. I had to decide if I wanted to do physical therapy. I decided no because it would have taken a lot of extra time and money.
