  • 20's decade

    In my 20's I will be in my athletic prime so I will be focusing on my nutrition and being precise with my micro nutrients and macro nutrients. I will definitely be exercising and maintaining my health through doctor checkups. I will also keep my emotional health in check through regularly seeing a therapist and by creating a financial plan and trying to live a balanced stress minimized life.
  • 30's decade

    My metabolism will be slowing down so I will be moving more to cardio workouts and slowly weening off of weightlifting. I will be eating meals with smaller portions and I will also be extra diligent with my doctor checkups and maintaining my body. I will not be smoking and I will keep my alcoholic intake to a minimum. I will also be using alot of sunscreen because I am light skinned.
  • 40's decade

    I will definitely lower my portions and focus on cardiovascular exercises to reduce my BMI. I will also be focusing on reducing my stress and making sure that my body is as healthy as I can be. I will need to be very up front and realistic with my doctor and I will also need to do screenings to try to minimize cancer risk. I will also need to monitor changes in my vision or hearing.
  • 50's decade

    I will need to monitor chronic pain and mental health through therapy. I will also need to increase screenings and try to stay mentally and physically active. I will try to reduce my stress and eat as healthy as possible while still maintaining regular exercise. I will not smoke and I will definitively have to make sure my drinking is at a moderate level.
  • 60's decades

    In my 60's I will need to seriously monitor my health and excercise and maintain my weight. I will also need to educate myself on the warning signs of common afflictions (like heart attacks, strokes, etc). I will need to eat fruits, vegetable, low fat dairy products and lean meats to make sure my body is kept fueled the right way. I will need to see my healthcare provider regularly and recieve many tests like dental exams, pap test and eye exams.
