At this time, I am going to be in college. The main concern is the lack of time and money to buy healthy foods, so I have to plan to find a way to have access to healthy foods, as it is as essential as anything else to have a helathy diet.

This is where most people have their mid life crisis because they messed up in stuff. To avoid that, I have to make sure I got into my fourties wit hexercise and good eating habits. I have to make sure I do healthy habits that go well with my health needs. My back, for example, might begin to hurt at this time, so I have to make sure I do things like yoga which helps with back pain and flexibility.
