    Health in my 20's
    I will visit my doctor every two years. I will wear sunscreen to avoid sun exposure. I will get screned for HIV and STD's. I will also reviece testicular examinations
  • Health in my 30's

    Health in my 30's
    I will reduce sodium in my diet. I will make sure to excercise consistenlty for 30 minutes everyday, and will try to avoid risk by wearing my seatbelt. I will make sure to apply sunscreen if I am going to be out in the sun. I will get a cholestoral and skin cancer screening. I will also get a dental exam every 6- 12 months.

    My health in my 40's
    I will get a check up ever 2 years, and a dental exam every year. I will get my eyes, blood pressure, and cholesterol examined. I will get a baseline ekg and skin exam. I will also get screened for prostate cancer.
  • My health in my 50's

    My health in my 50's
    I will eat healthy, and excercise 30 minutes a day to prevent osteoporosis. I will get a checkup every 2 years and a dental exam every year. I will get a cholesterol exam every 5 years as well as a diabetes exam. I will also get a colorectal exam in my 50's. I will receive a testicular exam as prescribed.

    I will keep up my usual exams. I will start eating more healthy cutting back on bad foods like red meats. I will get 4 servings of fruit a day, 3 servings of dairy, and 56 grams of lean meat. I will get my second colonoscopy by this time. I will also get a bone density test.
