I want to buy a nice VR setup, but they cost a lot of money. I could probably buy one now, but I want to wait until the price of the newer, cooler tech to go down.

I will save half of my paycheck for around the next 8 months to save hopefully around $2,500 extra so I can comfortably spend such a large amount.

I have decided that by saving up enough money to buy what I've looked at comfortably, something better might have dropped in price by the time I have reached the goal. so I am simply forfeiting half of my pay to reach that end.
