    The Roman emperor at the time passed the Edict of Milan which basically said there was a tolerance for Christians in Rome. This was the first time Christians could live in Rome beside Jews, Pagens ,etc. Emperor Constantine, who ruled the western parts of the empire, and Licinius, who ruled the East came together and signed this treaty. After this there was an uproar and satisfaction of the people of Rome and the Christians who lived there

    The Fall of The Roman Empire
    The fall of the Roman Empire was caused by many things such as bandits, Germanic Tribes, barbarians, war, economical health, and bad rulers. The vast empire of Rome was so big that it wasn't able to maintain, their enemies attacted them and bandits and Tribes began to raid the outskirts. The poor became poorer, the Empire was in a state of Turmoil after the wars and there was a line of bad emperors who weakened Rome immensely and led to their initial down fall.

    Islam was started up by Muhammad who is said to be a Prophet. A part of the Quran was revealed to him, and he began to preach the belief in one God (Allah). Only a few Mecans believed him, most of them were Idol worshipers and they respected Muhammad but he had to leave after he announced his faith in Islam. Muhammad moved to Medina and spread Islam and came back to Mecca. Later the Muslim empire expanded widely and after his death and a few of his predecessors his empire began to struggle.

    The Crusades was a battle that was based on the Holy land of Jerusalem. It was a series of battles between the Muslims and the Christians. The land was considered Holy to both of the religions since both of the religions had Jesus Christ in their books. The only difference is in Islam he was considered a Prophet not God or the son of God. The Crusades lasted over 200 years and there were 9 Crusades that took place. The aftermath of it plunged Europe through a economical crisis.

    The Renaissance brought Europe back from the Dark Ages which was considered a time of no learning and no progress. The Renaissance other wise known as the golden ages of Europe, made Europe advance in many different areas such as arts,music, science, math, astronomy, inventions, and religions. This time period was a rebirth of Europe and they had to do a lot of catching up to the Modern World at the time.

    The fall of the Aztec Empire was due to Spanish conquistadors who traveled to South America. They came with guns and even though they were severely out numbered, their weaponry beat the mere Aztec knives, spears, and bows and arrows. The Spanish came with heavy armory, like cannons and guns. Hernan Cortes who came with his fleet and made friendship with Moctezuma the Aztec ruler. Moctezuma thought they were gods and he was very badly tricked. The Spanish won an easy victory.

    Not the exact date of the Northern Renaissance but it started because of a man named Martin Luther. In the Northern Renaissance the main reform was in the Catholic Church. Martin Luther pinned up his 95 theses on what he would change about the Church and what were his thoughts on it. This sparked an uproar and many ideas came out of it like Lutherism and Calvanism. Martin Luther said you can be your own pope and interpret the bible on your own

    The start of Christianity was in 33 AD when Jesus Christ died. He was born a Jew and grew up to become the king of Jews. He started to preach his beliefs and it sparked a controversial uproar in the heart of the Roman Empire. The officials saw this as unacceptable and they executed Jesus Christ. After he died he teachings were organized and were taught to his followers. The followers broke down into groups: Judaism and Christianity.
