    A druid was a member of the high-ranking class in Celtic culture.
    The earliest known references to the druids date to the fourth century BCE ​and the oldest detailed description comes from Julius Caesar's Commentarii de Bello Gallico. Following the Roman invasion of Gaul, the druid orders were suppressed by the Roman government in the 1st century The druids appear in some of the medieval tales from Ireland, where they are sorcerers ​who opposed the coming of Christianity.

    William the Conqueror

    William I, usually known as WILLIAM THE CONQUEROR was born in c.1028. He was the first standard king of England, reigning from 1066 until his death in 1087. His hold was secure on Normandy by 1060, following a long struggle to establish his throne, and he launched the Normandy conquest of England.

    John Lackland and the Magna Charta

    John Lackland belonged to the Norman dynasty. He was forced by some noblemen to sign the Magna Charta Libertatum. It was a document written in Latin and it limited his powers. john was forced because he had increased the taxes.
