This year France was starting to struggle with their economics. Their taxes where to high for the people who couldnt even pay. When they had bad weather their crops got ruined. Louis had to pay debts from the past kings and it didnt help anything for france. -

Meeting Of The Estates General
Louis didnt care about how much he was spending. Instead he started charging the second state of nobility. It was a meeting of the 3 states of their representatives to aprove their new tax. -
National Assembly Established
The representatives of the third estate agree to the idea. This made an end to absolut monarchy and changed to representative government. -
The Storming of The Bastile
There where many rumors from king louis and that lead to the storming of the bastile. The angry group of people started to look for weapons for them to defend themselves and in the bastile there where weapons they atacked it and defeated the guards that where covering The Bastile. The Bastile was a prision in paris with only 7 prisioners but had weapons and gunpowder. -
Feudalism is Ended
The estates where disapeared they where no estates by the end of this. Their divisions no longer exsited. This was important because this made all the estated more equal. And took privilages from the first and second estate. -
Declaration of Rights Created
The national assembly created this paper called the Declaration of Rghts of Men and Citizen. This declaration said that the human where born free and with equal rights and liberty. But still this Rights werent for women still but know the men have rights. -
Women Bread Riot
The women where all hungry and they started making riots. They all marched to the Versailles palace to go over the cost of the bread, they had many weapons. The riot got many of the guards killed they broke into the palace and they demanded for Louis and Marie to return to Paris. -

The national assembly, not only created the Declaration of Rights but they also took over the church. And said they should be elected as state officials. This was important because it was a big chance for france -

Royal family attempts to flee to escape to austira but they get caught he is abandoning his whole country and he was going to her enemy the king loses everything and now they hate him. This was important because this made the people hate more the kings. -

The new constitution took a lot of power away from the king. The king still has high power and the final decisions. -
Legislative Assembly Declared war on Austria and Prussia
Many countries around France saw what was happening in their country so the other countries where afraid that they where going to do the same. So Austria and Prussia demanded to give King Louis abslout monarch power so the Legislative Assembly declared war. -
People Storm and take the King
The people started to get more mad because all their masacre was because of them so they changed their thinking and they moved the royal family to prision. This was important because the rivalry with Prussia got more interesting and it took all the power from the king -

Monarchy is Abolished
A new branch called National Convention it began in september 21,2014 that took away the monarchy and made it a republic. The men where able to vote and have opurtunity to be in the office. -
King Louis killed
The National Convention took all Louis power and he was a regular citizen. He was acused of betraying the government. They had a date to kill him and it was Jan 21, 1793. They cut his head off with a machine called guillotine. It was important because their "KING" was killed but he was not the king anymore. -

The End of the Reign of Terror
The France citizens, members from the national convention they werent happy with Robespierre. So they demanded for him to get arrested and killed he was also taken his head off. This was important because it was mostly the end of their revolution -

France has now finished their revolution and they have their new government. It is important because it changed france for good.
