    The estates were not agreeing on how to vote. The Third Estate wants to vote by head, and the First and Second Estates want to vote by order.

    The Third Estate got looked out of where they were orginally suppose to meet, so they decided to go to a near by tennis court and pledge an oath that stay together until a new constitution was created.

    A Paris mob decides to attack the prison and let out seven prisoners.
  • Feudalism Abolished

    The National Assembly took away all the special privileges of the aristocracies which destoryed feudalism.
  • March on Versailles

    Some women marched on Versailles demanding food. Louis XVI signs the Declaration of the Rigths of Man
  • Civil Constitution of the Clergy

    This event is when the government wants the clergy to be under their control.
  • France Goes to War Against Austrie

    France announces war with Austria and their ally Prussia.
  • September Massacres

    The Paris mob, with Jean Paul Marat, stormed prisons in France. They executed 1600 prisoners.
  • The Execution of Louis XVI

    The French people decided to kill their former king by a guillotin.
  • The Executon of Robespierre

    Robespierre, a main figure of the French Revolution, was abandoned by his supporters and exectuted.
  • Napoleon's Coup d'etat

    Napoleon comes into the picture and becomes a dictator over France.
