    I will focus on myself and my own goals. I will keep a positive mindset throughout this journey, even through the hard rough times. I will make my actions have a purpose to them, I will enjoy the moment of feeling my success go into achieving my goal. I will focus on my main priorities and let nothing stand in the way.

  • Dream big but start small

    I will make my goal something that I feel I am capable of, but only with hard work and determination will I achieve this goal. If my goal seems to big then I will step back and ask what I could do to change it so I could make it manageable. This goal will be meaningful and will benefit me mentally an physically.

  • Take stock along the way

    Goals can sometimes cause stress and anxiety. I can relate to this because sometimes when I'm not on track with my goal I feel like I'm letting myself down, because I know I can do better. But it is important to not loose focus and keep a positive mindset throughout. Negativity will only set you back further. Be thankful for the present and excited for the future.

  • My goal

    I would personally like to try to do at least a 20 minute workout everyday and try to better my eating habits. I will follow all the procedures in order to obtain my goal. I'm very passionate about this because I want to better myself in gymnastics and track and have a better eating schedule. I want to better myself so I can advance in my sports and keep a fit body.
