    The French working class people started getting tired of the way the king is running the country.

    The king summons the estates general to try and pull some of the pressure off of himself.

  • Breaking away from Estates General and the king

    Citizens officially decide they are done with the king and his rulings.

  • Citizens locked out of Versailles

    Citizens are locked out of the palace of Versailles.

  • The tennis court oath

    First meeting of the soon to begin French Revolution.

  • King Louis dismissed Necker, the minister

    When King Louis dismissed Necker it made the people even more angry.

  • The storming of the Bastille

    The Bastille, the main and largest armory for the French army was stormed and raided, in doing so this give the French people the weapons they needed to beat the kings army.
