On my first birthday, all of my close relatives were there to celebrate. I cut my first cake, with the help of my dad, and got a lot of presents.
  • First Time going to Pakistan

I went to Pakistan when I was two. It was a very different experience meeting so many new people and getting to know them. I celebrated my 3rd birthday there with all of my cousins.

When I was nine, my grandmother bought me a pet cat. She was 4 years old and had green eyes just like mine. I named her Sparkles.
  • Being a Member of the Student Council

During the end of grade 4, I became a member of the Student Council due to my good communication with others. I would speak on the morning announcements addressing my fellow students about the events happening during the school day.
  • Graduating Elementary School

During this time, I was the valedictorian addressing all of the teachers, and parents about the great memories my peers and I have had during the past years. I was ready to make new memories as I went on to Middle School.
  • Placing First in the Toronto Science Fair

My friends and I came in first for our project on Carbonated Drinks. We had many experiments to prove our perspectives, which in this case, helped us to get a better mark from the judges.

Middle School was a great experience where I strengthened and enhanced my learning skills. I got very good marks in all subjects and was a good student.
  • License/Certificate in Swimming

By the end of grade 8, I was finished all of my swimming classes and got my license to become a lifeguard and teach other kids to swim. These classes taught me to develop new techniques for swimming and strengthened my confidence to swim on my own.
  • First Day of High School

The first day of high school was very confusing because I couldn't find any of my classes and didn't know anyone. However, as I knew where to go and made a lot of new friends, I started to enjoy it.
