Emma is born Cambirdge ontario
On this day I, Emma Elizabeth Mckey was born at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital at approximately 3:26 pm. Is now the role of a daughter to Gillian Martin and Jim Mckey. -
Moves to British Columbia
Due to work circumstances my family and I move to Hope, British Columbia. Is now in the Social Institution for the community of Hope. -
Moving back to Cambridge Ontario
Due to Medical reasons Emma and her family decided to move back to Cambridge, Ontario. -
Emma Starts Kindergarden
I attend the Education institution St. Elizabeth elementary school and adapts the role of a kindergarden student. This is a social norm. I say this because its usually expected that you start kindergarden around the age 4/5. -
My passion
in this year I discover my passion for singing. I am able to dsocver this through singing with my friends and learning that singing is a way I like to express myself. -
Performance
First time performing infront of a big crowd ( 500 students approx)

New school
This is the year that I transfer to a new Education institution ( St. Francis) Was in the fifth grade. -
Meeting Bestfriend
Joined dickson bowl, where I met my best friend. I have been very close with her ever since -
Grandfather passes away
Unfourtunately, My grandfather passes away. I proceed to stay strong and show him how much I loved him dearly by singing at his funeral with my sister. -
Grade 8 graduation
I graduate from 8th grade with my friends and move onto highschool and adapt a new role and institution. -
Freshman year
I start high school. I transition into the role of a high school student. I become a member of a new institution ( Monsignor Doyle ) I was very nervous entering high school. This would be considered a social norm as it is normal to feel nervous going into a new environment where you have higher expectations. -
Decompression surgery
I undergo a surgery at McMaster Children's hospital. This was a tough time for me, but this experience made me a lot more stronger as a person.In this time I was dealing with a role conflict as I had to deal with being a student and a patient. -
school switch
When I was in the 9th grade I grasped that Monsignor Doyle was not the school for me. So, I transferred to Glenview for my Grade 10 year. I was able to make new and great friends quickly. -
Passing of my Big nana
On this day my big nana passed away. I attended her funeral and sang somewhere over the rainbow( It was her favorite song). I also gave a speech on behalf of the great grandchildren. It was a very emotional time, But I was able to cope with the situation well knowing that my nana is now in a better place. -
Final year of high school
I made it to my final year of high school. I have learnt so much and continue to do so every day. I cant wait to see what the future holds for me. This year I think I will be dealing with some role conflict worrying about getting into college, keeping a job and continuing friendships. -
My first job
It took me a while to get my first job as I had no experience, but then finally I got a job a Tim Horton's. I now have the role of an employee. Role strain I would say sometimes happens with the role of an employee because it can get overwhelming dealing with angry customers and then trying to please managers.
