We used to watch morning cartoons and Sunday night Disney Special.

1983

My dad used to play Puff the Magic Dragon on the Record Player. He also played Chicago, Toto, and Christian music records that he bought from a door to door salesman.

Atari

1984

My dad had an Atari that my mom only let him get out after we had gone to bed. I remember one time he forgot to put it away so I was able to see it as he put it away.

80's Video Camera

When we first had the camera my parents would video EVERYTHING onto VHS tapes. They found that those videos were boring so they ended up videoing only trips, special events, and celebrations.

In 4th grade I was in a club that went to a computer competition. I don't remember what for though.

Nintendo NES

We weren't allowed to have video games. I was always willing to babysit for the families that had a Nintendo.

Cassette Tape Radio Recordings

One summer I broken my ankle so I slept and hung out on the living floor most of the summer Because I was bored I would record music on a cassette tape from the radio. Then to learn the lyrics I would play the song over and over and write down the words. The first song I learned was Cold Hearted by Paula Abdul

My mom was teaching Wordperfect and DOS at the local community college so we had a computer before most people.

There are 8 kids in my family so my parents got a cell phone for emergencies.

I got in a car wreck in 1997. With my settlement money I purchased my first computer in the summer of 1998. I was told I purchased a Lamborghini when all I needed was a used car.

My husband worked at Circuit City so we got a good deal on a phone that we shared.
