i Was born in Asia, My family wanted to imigrate to the U.S to work in the gold mines. The appartment i live in is not verry big. My dad,mom,five siblings, and i have to cram into the small apartment. -

Arriving in angel island
i arrived in angel island. A few people didnt last the boatride here. They got a bad disieseand died. I was lucky to make it i am really sick. Now that i have maid it i ave to go through the prosses. After i went throught the proccess i had to locate my father. -
Meeting my father
i have finnaly found my father. Me and my father went to his house. Then he showed me around the area. Thenb a couple days after that my father went to work and i was intersted in his job. when we got to his job they wouldnt hier me and they were being raciest. My dad has been working there for years,but my dad stood up for me and quit. -
Working in the factory
Working with my dad and other workers in better than it was at home. In the factory we make all types of clothing shirts,pants,etc. We dont get paid as much an hour. At this job i like it better than my others i feel more free. -
My new life
Life is a lot different then it was back home. Here i feel free and have more things to do. Me and my father live in amall house. Now me and my father have both been hired to work in a factory. Me and my father work in a clothin factory.
