1 Year Goal
Personal goal- My two main goals for the upcoming year are to become debt free and buy a house.
Professional goal- My professional goal for the next year is to start working in my own classroom as the main teacher. -
2 Year Goal
Personal goal- My personal goal in two years is to travel during the summers and make memories with my son and husband.
Professional goal- My professional goals are to become friends with fellow co-teachers and only bring positive energy into work. -
5 Year Goal
Personal Goal- My personal goal within five years is to have another baby.
Professional goal- My professional goal is to start working on my Masters degree and make it a point to attend conferences and workshops to learn from other educators. -
10 Year Goal
Personal Goal- My personal goal within ten years is to have finished growing my family.
Professional goals- My professional goals within ten years is to be one of those teachers that newer teachers can come to for help and stay on time when it comes to work (that will be a career goal) -
End of Career
Personal Goal- By the end of my career, I would like to have relationships with past students and be able to watch them succeed.
Professional Goal- I would like to at least have my masters degree or study a different aspect of education. I would also like to retire in good standing with my school.
