  • 2.2- Niche-picking

I remember the date exactly because it was my best friend's birthday. For the niche-picking, my environment was all about sports because of my family, we were athletically dominated. That helped my social development
  • 2.1- Typical maturer

I hit puberty around this age when I became 13. I instantly grew hair after 2 months my birthday and experienced growth during that summer. I started to have behavior problems where I was involved with trouble and started to talk about sex more and more with my friends. I also started with alcohol because of peer pressure.
  • 1.1 Entering Adolescene

On my birthday at 2005, I became thirteen years old. When I became 13, nothing really changed. However, after my 13th but before my 14th birthday, my mom noticed that I had a change in voice. I grew 2 inches and I started to hit puberty, all of the body hair started to come out. That's when I knew that I was becoming a teenager.
  • 3.1- Imaginary Audience

When I was a teenager, I wanted everyone to watch my basketball skills. Usually when I play basketball alone, I'm focused on my skills. I saw a very cute girl and of course, I tried to impress her by shooting around and dribbling. I remember it was November
  • 1.2 Emerging Adulthood

When I became 16, that's when my adulthood started. I grew up in a bad area in Queens. I had to handle a lot of stuff that I went through, my parents divorcing, myself working a part time job after school and sports. I had to stay up to complete my homework, paid my own bills, helped my mother to pay rent. I learned how to be responsible, and I faced a lot of conflicts that I had to handle. But in the end, it paid off, I'm a college student now and still learning. It helps when I'm independent!
