  • Beginning-Prenatal Development

    Conception to 24 weeks-bioscocial
There are 3 stages in prenatal development
    1. Germinal--this is from conception until the cell imbed in the uterine wall
    2. Embryonic--this is from implantation until about 8 weeks.
    3. Fetal--after 8 weeks until Birth
Fetal stage is the most dramatic of the stages in the amount of change that occurs. Although all the vital organs are formed by the fetal stage, the heartbeat becomes stronger, the digestive and excretory system finish forming.
