  • I was born!

    I was born!
I was born in Iowa Falls, Iowa on August 12th, 1999. I grew up here for the majority of my life. I was crawling as soon as I could hold my own head up. I started teething and babbling at about 6 months. Then said my first word "mom" when I was 10 months. I started walking just short of being 1 year old as well. -Piaget's Sensorimotor stage & Piaget's Preoperations stage
  • Starting school

    Starting school
I started kindergarten earlier than most kids, because I was rather smart. I had a huge passion for reading, and was also very good at it. I eventually started to play in softball, tennis, and basketball. I also got really good at math, but my skills in reading decreased.

  • My Middle School Years

    My Middle School Years
Middle school was a few awkward years for me, like most people. At this point I became more focused on sports rather than school. I was getting into cross country, basketball, track, tennis, & dance team. I mostly stayed in basketball just to stay in shape but it was no longer a favorite sport. -Erikson's School Age and Adolescence stage
  • My High School years

    My High School years
High school was new ball game for me. I made friends with a totally different group and became more academically involved. I am attending Iowa Falls - Alden High school and I am involved in Cross Country, tennis, and color guard. Some clubs I'm in are FCCLA, Math Club, National Honors Society, Leo Club (Purple Cord), and Girl Scouts. I challenged myself academically by taking this AP course and 3 college classes. -Kohlberg's Self-Interest Orientation stage

  • Figuring out my career

    Figuring out my career
It wasn't hard for me to choose my future. My mom, aunt, and grandma are all involved in the medical field. After figuring out what their jobs were, I just found a liking for it as well. My mom is currently a CNA, my aunt is a radiologist, and my grandma is a RN. I would like to be a Nurse Anethesist. I see this as a challenge, but I'm up for it. I really like helping people, and the thought of anything medical makes me excited.

  • After Allen...

    After Allen...
I would like to go to Minneapolis school of Anesthesia. I would like to go here to learn even more. I've had a lot of interest in anesthesia, so that is another reason I would like to go. I haven't visited the campus, but I know I don't want to go to Iowa University.

  • Job Goals

    Job Goals
While attending college I do not plan on working. I plan at living at home, so things will be free there. I can also go to Ellsworth for free with all the scholarships that we have in mind. Once I start living on my own I would like to start working as a CNA at a hospital. Once I receive my RN, obviously I would go work as that instead.

  • College Plans

    College Plans
None of this is set in stone, but I'm confident in my college choices. I would like to stay at home and go to Ellsworth Community College first. Through ECC, I can become a RN. After graudating from Ellsworth I would like to go to Allen College to earn my Bachelours. After this, I'd like to take a year off and move to Minnesota. I'd like to work for a year before going back to college to become a Nurse Anethesist.

  • Personal Goals

    Personal Goals
The thought of having children doesn't really sound pleasing to me. Although, having lots of dogs is definitly in the picture! I would like to get married at some point and start working obviously. The only reason I would not like to have children is because it's never something I dreamed of.

  • After Life

    After Life
I want to leave this world with a bang. If I could choose how I want to die, I would want to die doing something I love. I've always been known for enjoying things that give me a rush. I think dying after a parachuting accident would be a good way to go.
