When you turn 3, a tradition in Mexico is having a big celebration. I remember my party by the video tape my mom showed me. It shows all my family gathered up having fun.

I got my first trophy at my 5th grade promotion. I remember being on the stage and it was between me and this other girl. I thought I was not going to get it but when they called my name I was surprised and proud of myself.

I was going to Meairs Elementary School at that time but since we had moved closer to a school named Sunnyside Elementary my mom thought it was better for me to move. I remember crying because I did not want to go to a new school.

This was the first time I have ever been out of state. My family and I went on a vacation to Las Vegas. To this day I have only gone out of state when going to Las Vegas.

This day was the day that me and now my best friend, Stephanie, started to get close. I remember it was the last day of 7th grade and we went swimming.

My friend and I were going to the block and after she asked me if I wanted to drive the car. I remember I was not nervous and didn't do so bad for my first time. Now I know how to drive good.

I have been wanted contacts for the longest time because my vision is really bad and I didn't want to wear glasses all the time. So finally my mom took me to get them and I can say that they really changed my life.

I went to my first concert where I met my favorite music artist, Xavier Wulf. It was an amazing experience.
