Barnes Tire & Supply
Barnes Tire (This date is an estimation) I was 15 years old working at my stepdad's tire store. I worked there on and off for a couple of years, mostly in the summer. If I wasn't in the shop sweeping and rolling tires, then I was outside picking up trash and cutting grass. FUN FUN! -
Hook's BBQ
Hook's BBQ (Again, I'm a little fuzzy on the date). I started working here in the fall of my senior year of high school, and quit about the time we started having all the senior parties. This was a pretty fun job. I think I gained some weight while I worked here beacause of eating all the barbeque and pound cake! Also, while working at Hook's BBQ, I found out how much fun it was to wash dishes! -

Drumline Instructor
I was privilaged to have the experiance to teach percussion at Andalusia High School. I am really glad the band director hired me to teach because it has been the most rewarding job I have ever had. Also, This experience helped me see that I had the ability to teach and how rewarding it can be. This year (summer of 2010) was my fourth time teaching durning drumcamp and bandcamp. -
Vector Aerospace
Vector Aerospace I worked here for a year. This was really neat and interesting job. We parked our cars right in front of the landing strip, so I got to see a bunch of airplanes. I worked in the component shop as a parts cleaner. I mostly cleaned grease and paint off helicopter transmitions and other parts. By the end of my work there, I got to do some painting and priming of the engines, mast poles, and gear boxes! -

LBWCC This was the community college I attended the year after I graduated high school. I spent one year of my college career here. -

Southern Union State Community College The second year of my college experience I attended Southern Union State Community College. I really enjoyed being in the Auburn/Opelika area. Here I decided that I wanted to be a professional educator! -
Southern Union Bookstore
I worked here from November 2008 to January 2009 (or about 3 months). I really enjoyed helping students find their books for the upcoming semester. Discounts on books and free coffee wasn't bad either! -
Work Study at SUSCC Financial Aid
My bookstore job segued into working at the financial aid office at Sountern Union State Community College. Overall this was a fairly easy job, just a lot of papers to be filed. I worked here until the spring semester finished (about 5 months), then I went back to Andalusia for the summer to teach percussion. -
Off to South Alabama I go!
USA Home Page The start of a marching band organization was a huge influence in my decision to come to the University of South Alabama. So far, I've marched the snare drum at South for two years. GO JAGS! -
Complete Environmental
Complete Environmental I worked for about three months at Complete Environmental and Remediation. This was a great opportunity for me because I got to help with some really big contracted work with CSX railroad and General Chemical. It was nice to get some experience that actually pertained to the feild I want to teach, science!
