I Was Born!
On September 26, 1998, I was born. To start, I was born to Amy and John Laird. Also, I was born at St. Vincent’s hospital in Green Bay, WI. At birth, I weighed 6 pounds and 9 ounces and was 20 inches tall. As you can see, September 26, 1998 was a very important day for both me and my family. -

My Little Brother, Ben Was Born!
Prior to the summer of 2004, the Laird household was fairly calm, but that changed the day that my little brother, Ben was born. Ben was born on June 11th. Oddly, my Dad was also born on June 11th, 40 years before Ben. Ben’s full name is Benjamin John Laird. Obviously, June 11th is an important day to the Lairds. -
We Got Our New Puppy, Magic!
I will always remember Magic, our lovable pet dog, from the day he arrived at our house to the most heartbreaking day of my life. Magic arrived all the way from my Great Uncle Don, who breeds dogs, in England. He arrived in the middle of the night near Christmas of 2004. Magic was a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, a dog that used to be commonly owned by queens. Sadly, in the summer of 2009, we had to put Magic to sleep because of leukemia. Clearly, Magic will remain in my memory forever. -
My First Packer Game!!!
On August 8th, 2006, my Dad and I attended a preseason Packer game, my first Packer game ever! -
Trip to Michigan
In summer of 2008, our family went on the S.S. Badger to Michigan. We took a trip full of swimming, sand dunes, ice cream and fun. -
One of My Best Swim Meets Yet!
I’ve been swimming competitively for 5 years, and last year at summer state all of my hard work paid off. At this state swim meet, I placed in all of my events (top 16), and I got on the podium (top 8) in 4 of my events. Also, I was a part of our relay team, and we took 3rd place. Two weekends later, I finished off the summer swim season at the zones (national) swim meet, where I placed 5th and 11th in breaststroke. Obviously, I am very passionate about swimming competitively. -
Father Daughter Camp!!
Every year since I was 2, my Dad, sister, and I have gone to father/daughter camp, in this picture my sister (left) and I (right) climbed the rock wall! -
Marco Island, FL
Every year, around Christmastime, I start the count down-for our annual vacation to Marco Island, FL. My favorite part of vacation is lounging at the beach and body surfing in the waves. I also enjoy visiting my grandparents, who own a condo on the beach. Lastly, our family loves the fresh seafood in Florida, especially the shrimp and grouper! As you can see, we love vacationing in Marco Island. -
I am a Badger State Games Champ!
At the Badger State Games in Appleton, WI I became the 11-12 year old girls 100 meter breaststroke champ, qualifying for the State Games Of America in San Diego, CA! -
Swimming At the Quarry
On Labor Day weekend I went swimming, water skiing, and tubing at a friend's cottage. In this picture, I'm jumping off a cliff at the Quarry!!
