Today we've gone further into detail with our current assignment and done and added new slides based on subjects such as Execute with some inconsistencies and/or omissions the implementation of an IT project.
We also stated the agenda and minutes of the first meeting of the project with the client -

Today we began creating a list of tasks along with a brief, time, start date and end date as part of D2 to create a detailed visual display of what we are doing as a project manager along with creating a risk management register to provide solutions to different risks alongside scaling on how likely and how much of an impact they would have.
