I was born on January 27, 1756 in Salzburg, Austria to Leopold and Anna Marie Mozart.

When I was about four, my father started teaching me how to play the harpsichord. I was taught more by instinct and relied on my musical ear. For me, learning to play music was as easy as writing it.

I started composing in 1761 and was educated and infulenced by my father who was a musician as well.
I wrote everything including operas, Masses, cantatas, motets, symphonies, concertos, and sonatas. -
My family and I began traveling Europe so that I could play for the upperclass and nobility. I started in Munich and performed for the Elector of Bavaria. News of my performance reached Vienna within days. After charming the audience, I went to Paris and London.

At the age 6, I began writing compositions.

When I was 7 years old, I proposed to Marie Antoinette.

At age 8, I wrote my first symphony, and my first published compositions were released.

When I was 11 years old, I wrote my first oratorio.

On this day, I performed Mitridate, Re di Ponto. Many were skeptical because I was a German boy writing an Italian opera; however it proved to be so popular that there were twenty performances.

When I was 15 I was granted my own seat in the court orchestra.

My first tour in Europe ended after three years and my accomplishments were widely recongnized at this point.

After years of being stifled in Salzburg I finally set out to continue my career in Paris. Although I got sidetracked and found love with my cousin, Aloysia. I arrived in Paris on March 23, 1778. I spent a few years here, but I didn't accomplish much. So I returned to Salzburg in 1779.

While I was waiting for my big break, I managed to publish the opera, The Abduction from the Seraglio, three piano concertos, and Haffner Symphony in three different keys.

This year i composed the Quartet in G minor. It was the first time in music history that pieces were written for piano and string instruments together.

I died on December 5, 1791 in Vienna, Austria.
