My first steps
My grandpa taught me how to walk,he said I stumbled a little but I didnt give up trying and I held on to things like the table/couch and then on June 9th 1993 I took my first steps on my own.this impacted my life because from this day on i could walk on my own an get things on my own. This was a big step i took in my life. -
My first day of pre-school
This day was another specail day in my life because I discovered my love for school. I met new people and learned new things like my colors and shapes. This event impacted my life because I learned my colors and without knowing my colors and shapes I wouldnt know blue from red nor a triangle from a square. -
First day learning how to ride a bike
My first time getting on a bike without training wheels was the worst experience of my life. I scraped my knees so many times but i never gave up because I knew that riding a bike on my own meant alot to me. my grandpa also thought me how to ride a bike. This impact my life because riding a bike thought me how to never give up when your at your weakess point. -
My 8th grade graduation
This day was important to me because I was really proud of myself and so was my family.I learned with hard work comes successful accomplishments.This impacted my life because I finished K-8 to enter a new school and begin a new chapter. -
My granpops death
My grandpa death was a very very very major and important part of my life that has been taken away from me and ill never forget this day. My grandpop was tooking by the lord on valentine's day early in the morning at home peacefully in his bed. his death impacted my life because my grandpop taught me numerous of thing like how to walk,how to ride a bike and many more. He was a good friend a excellent grandfather a perfect role model in my life ill do anything to bring him back. -
When found out I was pregnant
I found out i was pregnant 12/12/10 at 10:30 in the morning when my doctor gave me a pregnancy test and told me it was positive. When she told me i cried because i could believe i was really carring a 12week baby inside of me. Of course i had tears of joy. This impacted my life because i knew i had alot of decision making to do and it matured me alot. -
My 12th grade graduation
I accomplished K-12th succesfully. My mom was very proud of me becauseI didnt give up on school while i was pregnant. I had excellent grades and a positive attitude. an everyone in my family was very supportive of me -
Going to College
I am very optimistic and positive about attending college.I plan on going to CCC and transferring to Stockton to fulfill my major as a R.N.This is gonna impact my life because Inow have a 2 month old child at home whom I have to take care of and make proud. -
My son zion first day of school
This is an amazing part of my life because i have come along way with my wonderful son zion who is now attending pre-school for the first time. He first day reminded me as my first day of school meeting new friends and find out things i never knew before. This impacted my life because now i an see my son in my shoe when i was younger and it makes me feel good that he is now attending school. -
Graduating college
Ive graduated im very proud of myself because I came a long way as a single parent struggling through school and I never gave up because i knew I had to do this for my self and my now 4 year old son.This impacted my life because now my son doesnt have to want for nothing and that makes me feel good.
