Project for 5th period avid Jason Thornton 4-8-22 -
Finishing Middle School
I finish middle school with straight A's for all 3 years. This will score me a trophy from the school and will also give me a good start when I start high school. Showing that I can stick with something all the way through Middle school as extraneous as getting Straight A's. I would also like to get a good amount of Letters of recommendation by this time and good relationships with teachers so when I want to start duel enrollment I will have the opportunity too. -
Starting High School
I start high school at Lake Buena Vista where a lot of opportunities start. I will also join a lot of clubs on the first day/week to become a better well-rounded and better versed person for high school. -
Start playing JV baseball for Lake Buena Vista
I will tryout for the Baseball team at my high school and hopefully get in. This will open up opportunities for colleges to give me scholarships. Also giving me a lot more physical activity since I am going to school all day and not taking P.E. anymore. -
Starts 10th grade and also starts duel enrollment at Valencia.
I will start the 10th grade but the most important thing is that I will start going to Valencia and majoring in International Relations as well as physiology. The reason for this is it will be the beginning of my law career since I will be more diverse with different topics that will be important to be a high paid good lawyer. The earlier that I Start the better. -
Get a job at a fast food place
I will get a job at the nearest fast food place that pays the most closest to me. When I work there I am going to make my schedule work with games and practices that I have for baseball. Since I am only going to play baseball for another 2 years. -
Beginning of 11th grade and SAT + ACT
This is the beginning/middle of 11th grade and I am getting back all my scores for SAT and ACT. This will help since I can have more of a idea if I am able to go to harvard. I will also start to write my college essay and revise and edit. THis will be something that could be the deciding factor to get into a elite ivy school. This is all the same time as going to Valencia and playing Baseball. -
Senior year and College Admissions
I am going to have my High School finishing up this year. I have taken a break from Baseball in the 11th grade but I am now playing Varsity Baseball for Lake Buena Vista. I have also took my job to only working on the weekends and one day in the week so I can focus on school and Baseball. I apply to a bunch of schools with my SAT scores, AP classes, 500 community service hours, and college essay to get admitted into Brown University with most of it getting paid by me and other investors. -
Starting School at Brown University
Since I did get into Brown University on somewhat of a Scholarship not through the school I can get my major in Physcology and my minor in Latin. This will most definitely help me when I go to Grad school and Ultimately become a lawyer. I am finding a lot of the people that I want to surround myself with and good study partners. -
Get into Harvard Law school
Once finishing at the top of my class at Brown I am now going to Harvard law school. This time I only got 20% of my school paid for so there is going to be a lot of student debt. But I am now in Harvard so I can learn all the different aspects of Corporate law and practice for the Bar. -
Getting a Internship for a big law firm in NYC while going to harvard
I am in my second year at harvard and now getting different internship programs while at Harvard. This is really massive for me since I now am actually going intern during the summer and still practice for the bar to become a certified lawyer.
