A big cause of the War was that the British Navy were practicing taking American sailors to make them join the military service. Here the British Navy would aboard the American ships and take their goods. -
Washington’s Proclamation of Neutrality
When the war first broke out between France and Great Britain in 1793, Washington had decided because of other countries they wanted to remain "neutral" towards other countries. Which these countries also said that if there was any American help, they will be going against oath. -
Jay Treaty
A wanting settlement with the issues between the United States and Great Britain. The British came down to the agreement to vacate 6 western fort by a time in June 1796. These issues had not been touched on since American got Independence. -

Before retiring Washington, he warned against the political parties. He was giving advice for his 'successors'. After Washington gave his speech he thought he angered the others which could've led to overseas wars. -

Chesapeake-Leopard Affair
When both Leopard and Chesapeake met one another on see, Leopard tried to get Chesapeake goods but they refused to stop. Later the British's shot up the Chesapeake boat, where the British killed 3 of the Americans. -

The Congressman that wanted war which were from the South and West. These Congressman wanted to get rid of the Northwest because of the problems they were having with the Indians. -

Tecumseh
He called for attacks on the Americans when the war started. He was an important leader for the Indians going on to the 19th century. He wanted his own land. He really wasnt with the federal government. -
Tecumseh Death
Tecumseh lived from 1768 to 1813. He died when the British were being forced to leave, later dying by the Thames River with his men.
