    Madison offers deal to both France and Great Britain that the US would stop trading with your enemy, if you stop attacking our ships.
  • Battle of Tippecanoe Creek

    General Harrison led the battle for the Americans. Tecumseh warned his brother not to surprise attack on the Americans and rather wait for him to return. Tenskwatawa led the Shawnees into the battle.

    Was a sea and land fought battle, between British invaders and American defenders.
  • The Battle of Lake Erie

    Was fought off of the coast of Ohio. Nine vessels of the United States Navy defeated and captured six vessels of British Royal Navy.
  • Battle of Thames River

    British troops under Major General Henry Procter had occupied Detroit until the U.S. Navy gained control of Lake Erie, depriving them of their supplies. After the war, Procter would later be court-martialled for his poor leadership.
  • Napoleon defeated at Waterloo

    Napoleon suffers defeat at the hands of the Duke of Wellington, bringing an end to the Napoleonic era of European History.
