    Jan Hus tried to convince people that everyone should have acces to the Bible and that the Bible was more important than the Pope. This got him excommunicated from the Catholic Church.

    The council of constants required the three current Popes to decide on one Pope. But this did not work and a single Pope was not chosen.

    Jan Hus was burned at the stake for being unloyal to the church.

    The council of constants chooses a single Pope

    The council elected MartinV to be Pope which ended the Great Schism.
