  • 1.1 The Beginning

    I feel like I became an adult because I reached the age to become an adult by normative age-graded influences on me by my parents' tradition from the Philippines because of chronological and biological that both had at the time, I became an adult at 16 years old is what I felt like. I recognized myself different person from a kid. It made me feel like I was more mature than a kid because adult's behavior changed. I guess that it's time to be ready to become an adult fully.

    When I feel like I have to work out because if my future is that I will be older and hurt my back or something in my body, that's why I decided to work out every day that helps my body get good health and eat healthy food. It helps my DNA keeps shape up including replicative, senescence, telomeres, and hayflick limit. If I still eat healthy and workout that means my body will be younger. If not, then my body will be older and weaker.

    At this stage, I am internship work at TLC for the deaf. I was working at Walden School, so I am easily confused because my two groups between A and B that they always blamed each other teams.     I do eat 2-4 servings of fruit each day. Sometimes I eat 3-5 servings of vegetables each day. I try to refrain from eating junk food but it depends on whether or not I have a migraine when I have a migraine I have to drink coke, it helps my headache to calm down. I get 120 - 180 minutes of exercise including running and weight workouts every day, I don’t want to get a sedentary lifestyle. I never smoking and alcohol. Sometimes, I do use sunscreen for my face always drying and burning.

    It's time for me to take the path until I will be graduate in May 2022 that I want to focus on education because my skills will be improving more than before. I am working at Walden School for my internship, a difficult challenge for me to learn more about their background experience.     In middle adulthood, I became aware of the coping skills and I remember in the past trying out different ways to cope. I had a journal of my coping skills, which were usually my hobbies, for instance, I jogged every morning to clear my mind. However, in the future of middle adulthood, I might face some new challenges like finding the time to jog every morning if I have a new job or learn other social skills when meeting new people.

    In the future, I imagine this ego integrity on the stage, because I always make sure that I have everything as a review if something is missing. That's why I want a good relationship with my partner. For instance, I will be on stage and I have to make sure if everything as documents is ready for my partner and he or she will be happy that I was doing help for my partner.

People would know deaf work there at psychiatrists that my own business because it would have ideas about the DSM-5 or new something how to solve their issue health and others—made people who deaf happy to see deaf works at my establishment building.

    I don't have risk factors of cancer, diabetes, and alzheimer's/dementia. Because my family genetics doesn't have these, so if I have risk factors of diabetes that causes cardiovascular disease because of eating too much junk, not enough vegetables healthy. As with diabetes, if I eat all sweets every day, don't drink water, or eat healthy that it will cause diabetes.

    When I will become older before I need to improve my mind and intelligence, like between crystallized and fluid intelligence that I will be thinking as puzzles and be careful to read the book or sometimes. Like semantic memory and episodic memory that I would try to thinking which words matching a picture kind that how i should read the book every day it helps to increase knowledge. Also, procedural memory will be problem-solving that might to useful from practices as decision-making.
