Martin Luther disagreed with the idea of selling indulges. The 5 theses was a list of questions and propositions for debate. He hung up the list on the doors of the Wittenberg Castle church on October 31.

The Prince is a book written by Niccolo Machiavelli who lived in the city of Florence. The book was written about politics and government. Living in Florence and seeing all of the changes in the government inspired him to write The Prince.

Henry was excommunicated for wanting to divorce Catherine, and marry Anne Boleyn. Henry wanted a son, but every one of his kids, were girls, so he would divorce them and try to have a boy. He went to the pope and told him he wanted a divorce, and the pope told him no, so he created his own church and made him the leader.

The last supper painting was about the last days of Jesus. He told his 12 disciples that one of them was going to betray him. The hard plaster painting took Leonardo 3 years to paint, but to him that was a short amount of time because he was a procrastinator.

Shakespeare's famous play Rome and Juliet was written and preformed during the Renaissances. His plays are still preformed to this die.
