    Detailed notes on the music video e.g. producer, title, date, time
  • Treatment

    Rough plan of what you intend to do.
    Short but sells the idea of the music video.
  • Focus Groups/Pitch

    Pre-Production audience feedback on idea and treatment.
    Write an evaluation on audience feedback.
  • Pre-production

    Detailed storyboard.
    Written permision to use actors and locstions using release forms.
    Produce risk assessments, recces and call sheets.
    Have a production team roles (director, producer, camera, sound)
  • Shooting the Video

    only THREE WEEKS to shoot.
    Only 3 shooting opportunities, do most during the weekend.
    Give technicians 48 hour notice with the booking form.
  • Editing

    Editing training with media technicians during lessons.
    Editing will be done OUTSIDE of classtime.
    only THREE WEEKS to edit.
    Do regular vlog entries including rough cut edits e.g. pictures, snapchat, vines.
    Evaluate devoloping skills while editing.
  • Research and planning the CD/DVD cover and advert

    Do location photography and additional studio styled photography.
    Produce mock-ups.
    Pitch print ideas.
    Record and evaluate.
  • Evaluation

    Individual creative evaluation.
    Using either prezi, bounceapp, spiderscribe, infogram, flickr, slideshare etc.
    20% OF THE COURSEWORK.
  • Editing the Evaluation

    edit the creative evaluation and upload to blog to meet FINSL ADVANCE PORTFOLIO.
  • Post-production focus groups

    show target audience of finished music promo and two print artefacts. Gain feedback from focus group or survey monkey.
    Evaluate feedbaack.
