    In 1971, "The Forever Family" was created by Stewart Triall
  • The Beginning

    In the early 1970's Stewart Triall started teaching people about the bible.
  • New Name

    In 1976, the name of the religious movement changed from "The Forever Family" to "The Church Of Bible Understanding.
  • Unpaid Working

    Many people that worked for the church complained that they weren't being paid the correct amount and instead all of their money went to the church itself
  • Accusations

    the groups members started to lower due to accusations that it was a cult and that Triall was stealing money.
  • Orphanage Faliure

    Orphanages that were run by the church had received a failing grade from an inspection company and were shut down.
  • Death

    Stewart Triall passes away in 2018
  • Orphanage burned

    In 2020, one of the orphanages that was owned by the church was burnt down. The cause is said to be candles that were lit inside the building.
