I believe that Napoleon did fairly well at preserving the gaols of the Revolution. Although he did take steps back in terms of banning books and shutting down newspapers. But when we look past this we can see that hje promoted equal rights which in myu opinion was the biggest goal of the revolution. If we look at how he did at preserving the goals of the revolution as a hamburger. WE can see that that ketchup and pickles were traken away, but the burger and bun were still intact.
